DONOVAN KESSINGER
Donovan Kessinger has over 15 years of experience in the back flow-prevention industry with 10 years prior experience in the industrial piping field. His expertise extends to consulting, program organization and administration, ordinance writing and passage, surveying, installation, testing, and repair of back flow preventers, etc. for commercial, industrial, municipal, and military clients. He is certified in back flow testing, repair and program development. Mr. Kessinger, founding and charter member and charter President of the Georgia Chapter-American Back flow Prevention Association, past Director-at-Large and Secretary, and Contractor. Mr. Kessinger also has had articles published both locally and nationally.

TOM ISELEY, PH.D., P.E.
Dr. Tom Iseley has over 30 years of experience in the planning, design, and construction of underground infrastructure systems. From 1982 until 1995, he served on the faculty of Mississippi State University, Purdue University, Louisiana Tech University, and as chairman of the department of Construction Technology at the Purdue University School of Engineering and Technology in Indianapolis. During the past 15 years, he has maintained an international leadership position in trench less technology. In 1989, Dr. Iseley established the Trench less Technology Center (TTC), an industry/university cooperative research facility, at Louisiana Tech University and served as director for 5 ½ years and director of development for two years. He is a founding director of the North American Society for Trench less Technology (NASTT). He served for three years as the chairman of the National Utility Contractors Association’s (NUCA) Trench less Technology Committee, and he received NUCA’s 1993 Associate Member of the Year Award. Also, in 1993, Dr. Iseley was selected as the Trench less Technology Magazine’s Person of the Year. He received the ASCE 1995 John O. Bickel Award and the 1999 Stephen D. Bechtel Pipeline Engineering Award. He has served on the board of directors of the American Underground-Construction Association (AUA) since 1991. Dr. Iseley holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.

LARRY E. TAYLOR
Larry Taylor is a licensed realtor who has experience as a Land & Development Agent. Earlier this year, he acquired his real estate broker’s license. Mr. Taylor has extensive experience with real estate brokerage, zoning and ordinance procedures, in-fill development and turnkey commercial and mixed use projects. His past professional experience includes Buckhead International LLC, Missouri Pacific Railroad, Bell Systems and AT&T. He also has had mapping and topography experience with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and with the US Department of Agriculture. He is a registered lobbyist with the Georgia Ethics Commission. An avid horseman, he is president with the Horse Industry Committee of Georgia (HICOG), and he is an advisory board member of the Georgia Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association (GTOBA). Mr. Taylor is a multi-year member of the Economic Development Corporation of Fulton County (EDFC), and he is chairman of the Advisory Board of the University of Georgia Extension Service, Fulton County. Mr. Taylor attended the School of Business at the University of Washington in Seattle, where he studied marketing.
